I've noticed that a lot of Jewish jokes are, once you can wrap your head around them. I found that one in a book of them I downloaded from the NLS' web site.
would the nls really have something like that up on there site?

We can thank the Jewish people for that joke. I never knew until I picked up that book how much Jewish humor had become integrated into American society. I like it though. I've found it generally to be fairly clean.
I'm confused/don't get it. Where's the humour? What would be funny is if they said something about a religion saying they gotta call the mothership or Startrek fans saying we will all be assimilated. lol
That would be just corny. I like it the way it is.
This is one of those jokes that goes right over your head if you think about it too much, but I like it. lol
